The Hong Kong Cultural Centre and The Avenue of Stars
- Hong Kong Cultural Centre has signified the beginning of an artistic link to the world. The Avenue of Stars features commemorative plaques, handprints of movie celebrities, descriptive milestones, kiosks with movie memorabilia, a towering Hong Kong Film Awards statuette, and a life-size statue of the legendary kung-fu action star, Bruce Lee. The location on the Tsim Sha Tsui promenade offers incredible panoramic views of the famed Victoria Harbour and the memorable Hong Kong skyline.
It is also a good place to watch the spectacular A Symphony of Lights, a nightly multimedia show with added pyrotechnics on special occasions.

- Buses and mini-buses are close by and go anywhere through out Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and N.T.
- Hollywood Plaza: a four storey shopping centre comprising with more than 220 shops, including food court, cinema and a more than 500 spaces car park. Also, a bus and mini-bus terminal is located just at the ground floor of the centre.

General Questions:
What is Serviced Business Centre?
- Just like a hotel, we will provide all you need; office decoration, furniture, phone bill, internet, electric are all included in your Licence Fee. Also no need to sign a long lease, it is easy for room guest to control the business operation cost.
- Certainly yes.
- The Licence Fee includes; Air-conditioning, electricity, cleaning, and management fees, office furniture, unlimited high-speed internet, independent phone and E-fax number, mail collection, phone receiving service, complimentary black/colored photo copying and use of conference room, tea, coffee, and daily newspaper.
- Certainly yes, but only if it meets the fire safety regulation, and not damage the centre’s existing furniture.
- Under normal circumstances, our secretary service will only register one company under one phone number.
- Our centre provides different size and type of office to meet room guest’s need.

- Our centre is always ready for service, room guest can move in at anytime after signing the contract and paying all related Licence Fees.
- It requires from as short as one month to one year maximum.
- Mon - Fri: from 9:00am - 1:00pm, 2:00pm - 6:00pm
- Our centre is opened 24 hour throughout the year.
- Certainly yes, we will transfer their current phone number to the new number we provide,
and our competent secretary will receiving all incoming phone call in their company’s name.
- Our centre provides 24 hours security camera recording all movements in the centre entrance and main corridors. And,
- Registered security ID card for entering and exiting our centre.
- Harbour City Management Limited, a top-notch property management company, also provides
high quality of security for the building.
- Lessee original identity card, proof of residence address and business registration certificate.
- Our centre accepts payment only by cash, by cheque and by bank transfer.
