* Call management： Service included handle incoming calls on behalf of client's company / client, and transfer calls to specific local number (if any) .
* Extra Services： Service included forwarding calls to your company's 24-hour voice mail, and instant to wave attachment directly to your e-mail account.
* Mail management, Call management and Extra Services have no servicing quotas. No sub-charges will be added for the utility rate.

In order to increase customer confidence in the quality of our services. If you are in the service within 30 days after the beginning of any dissatisfaction with the need for termination of service, we will refund all your money paid.
Regulation of Virtual Office Service:
The total size limit of letters and parcels is 15 cubic feet, if it's exceed, our centre have the right to refuse receiving clients' new letters or parcels; and oversized parcels.
Letters and parcels which volume is/are greater than 3.5 cubic feet, our centre will provide 1 day free storage (start from the arrival date). A storage service fee of $20/pc/day will be charge after the due day.
Letters and parcels which volume is/are greater than 1 cubic feet, our centre will provide 2 days free storage (start from the arrival date). A storage service fee of $10/pc/day will be charge after the due day.
Officially, letters or parcels is/are allowed to save in our centre for at most 14 days. If the 14-day-storage-period has been exceed and without any notify from the customer, our centre will charge $5/pc/week as a storage fee. If customer's letters or parcels didn't received within 1 month (calculate from the arrival date), our centre have the right to dispose the corresponding letter(s)/parcel(s).
All of the call alert and call forwarding services are for local telephone numbers only.
